Contact: Lisette WaitsShort description: Lisette Waits runs a genetics lab with a wide diversity of projects- most focused on the conservation of wildlife. Focal organisms include everything from tigers in Nepal and bats in Costa Rica to caribou in Newfoundland. Lisette is currently mentoring two students, and is not likely to mentor additional projects in 2013. However, she is always interested in discussing research ideas (or aspects of her program) with ECB students. For more information on Lisette's research program, you can visit the home page for the Laboratory of Ecological, Evolutionary and Conservation Genetics
